Our Mission
Our mission is to provide unincorporated Black Hawk County with the safest and highest quality network of roads and bridges possible with our resources. We seek to accomplish this mission in cooperation with the County's Vision for the Future. We will continue to embrace advances in technology, inter-department and agency cooperation, and efforts to enhance our environment.
