SUMMARY
Provides personal and direct care services to mentally ill, mentally retarded and geriatric nursing facility residents by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be capable of regular and predictable attendance at a specified location in order to perform assigned tasks. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be registered in the State of Iowa with an approved Nurse Aide certification.
